A German aerospace start-up has chosen the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software LEDOX365 and the implementation by Join GmbH and is very satisfied with the result.

„We are happy to complete the project in time and budget together with Join as a partner.“
(Solution Architect at the German aerospace start-up)

Technical expertise, a deep understanding of business processes, as well as many years of experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and document management were able to convince the German aerospace start-up of Join. The implementation took the start-ups legal operation department to a new digital level.

„Another milestone to become a solid, process oriented and digital company now having a state of the art Contract Management solution in place, which will help our legal and purchasing team to increase their collaboration efforts not only within our company but also with our suppliers and business partners.”
(Head of IT DevOps Corporate Systems at the German aerospace start-up)

Join’s CLM software takes a new approach to contract management and has been fully based on Microsoft 365 technology and related services. LEDOX365 enables end-to-end digital processes for contract matters and other legal issues, both for in-house counsel and business colleagues. The CLM component of LEDOX365 covers the entire contract lifecycle, from contract initiation and drafting to negotiation with external parties, approval and signature workflows for electronic and paper-bases signatures, deadline management, reports, and data retention requirements. Colleagues from business units are supported by fully automated contract drafting capabilities for standard contracts. Requests for more complex contract drafts are managed through an automated process that facilitates the involvement of the in-house counsel. Since LEDOX365 is based on Microsoft 365, the full power of Microsoft SharePoint’s collaboration features can be leveraged and provides secure areas for third-party collaborations.

“The legal market, and especially legal departments, have so far hardly benefited from ever-advancing digitization. For most companies, legal issues are still associated with uncertainty, high time expenditure and considerable costs. This is a challenge we are happy to take on, with the aim of giving our customers back the time they need for the important things in their work and taking corporate legal operations to a new level.”
(Lars Bendler, Managing Director at Join)
