Our contribution to Lawyer Well-Being


 

The first priority of any company should be the health of its employees. This will have a positive effect on the quality of the work performed, which contributes significantly to the success of the company. Of course, this is also true for lawyers.

As part of its publication series, the Liquid Legal Institute published a white paper entitled “Lawyer Well-Being: Personal Health of Legal Professionals in Times of Disruption”. As this topic is also highly relevant for us, our stress management specialist and account manager Nadine Becker contributed an article (page 55).

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we already use Viva Insights in our company. This gives us a personal listing of our work behavior: e.g. how often we work too long, how much time we spend in meetings, and helps us to consciously plan our focus time.
